Kitchen/Lounge remodel

Need some internal walls in our kitchen to be removed to open up the living area, a few walls are load bearing I believe. Remodel of a small bathroom/shower adjacent to the same area. Depending on advice a hot water cylinder is within the same area so interested in Builders feedback on where to move to make the area more liveable and flow better, some electrical and plumbing. Kitchen wall move

I need a wall moved in kitchen - the wall is beside the fridge and provides the space for the fridge to be accommodated - I want to get a larger fridge but to do that need this wall taken moved about 2 feet to allow the bigger space. As best as I I know its not a load bearing wall but it does have a couple of electrical switches in it that will also need to be moved.

Installing battens and Gib in living room

We are renovating a house and need someone to batten and gib the living room ceiling. It is high and sloping, with exposed rafters that we want to cover, approximately 7x5 metres. We have a scaffold and two people that can assist lifting gib into place. The rafter span means the battens will probably need to be 2x4s or similar and the roof is bowed so packing will be required to get a flat result. Wanting it done ASAP.

Instal pergola ex Trade Tested

I need a builder to check which lourved roof pergola suits our area best. Increase the concrete pad and instal Trade Tested says should be able to be put up in a day or two. Hoping to spend $10K or slightly more including materials. 6 x 4 or 6 x 3 - depending on builders recommendation Not sure if wall mounted or free standing is the best option. Re Gib damaged wall

We had to pull off the old gib to replace leaking pipes. We now need the wall re -gibbed. The dimensions are 2.6 high by 3.2m long . Builder to purchase gib. Need the wall switches to remain except the oven switch that we don't want/need anymore. There are also existing plumbing pipes to work around. Would like done within next 2-4 weeks.
