Kitchen/Lounge remodel

Need some internal walls in our kitchen to be removed to open up the living area, a few walls are load bearing I believe. Remodel of a small bathroom/shower adjacent to the same area. Depending on advice a hot water cylinder is within the same area so interested in Builders feedback on where to move to make the area more liveable and flow better, some electrical and plumbing. Need advice and quote to complete the work.
