There isn't currently access to a part of the roof cavity. We'd like to have a ceiling manhole installed. The hole would likely be 60cm x 60cm, allowing a HRV fan to be lifted through.

Russell did the job very well. Explained what he was doing and why. There were a couple of unforeseeables but they were managed well. The finish was good. It was agreed that any plastering and painting was to be done ourselves.
