We're interested in a built-in entertainment area and shelving with a set up as pictured. Different materials ok, current standard wall backing (not shiplap as pictured). I've also included pics of the space. The measurements are 2.5m wide, standard roof height of 2.4m, the thicker bottom storage at 40cm deep max.
