Timber rafters

Strenghten pitched timber rafters that had been cut in half before dwelling was relocated. The roof is connected with timber blocks nailed to the sides . The nails are not sufficient and require M12 bolts with 50mm x 50mm washers and nuts to secure the flitched timber to the original rafters. As the house is up for sale we require a memorandum of work upon completion and we need it completed by the 4th of March Please :)
