Build sound proof false wall in lounge - to create small room

We need two false walls and a doorway in our lounge, to be used as a small nursery for baby due in September. We need the walls to be as sound proof as possible. So that we can keep cooking and watching TV while the baby sleeps in the small nursery. Ideally the walls need to be built with minimum impact on the house, as we intend to remove it when we do an extension to the house. We would like some extra studs to allow for shelving to be hung on the walls as well. 1st wall needs to be 2,440mm long. 2nd wall with door needs to be 159mm long. Both need to be 2390mm high. Width can be discussed during design, as will need to accommodate noise proofing. Door can also be discussed during design. Photos: for reference, the wall needs to be built behind the sofa.
