Ceiling repair

I have been given an insurance quote for repair work to be completed on a bedroom ceiling on my house. Before I accept the payout I need some one to look at the job. The job will mean some board to be replaced in the ceiling that has been water damaged, insulation replaced and repainting of the ceiling. Need someone to actually do it.
