Interior painting/concrete fixing

I require someone with experience to do some interior painting, mainly touch up painting, skirting boards, re staining front door and re stain, re paint living room ceiling and one bedroom ceiling, Also some interior doors re paint. etc. Also have a crack running the full length of my internal garage that needs to be fixed. Need a report for the garage as it is earthquake related (which it is) for EQC. Person needs to be GST registered or Registered professional for this report of garage.
