We are looking for carpenters/builders to carry out framing, skirting, mezzanine, etc. More info below. List to consider: Wall Framing Internal timber wall framing - 2.400 high Mezzanine Floor Framing Mezzanine floor framing including joists, blocking, hardware and plywood Insulation Acoustic wall batts to internal walls Acoustic batts to mezzanine floor Ceiling battens Rondo ceiling battens Internal Linings 13mm gib board to walls 9mm villaboard substrate for wall tiles, stopped. 13mm gib board to ceilings Suspended acoustic panels to mezzanine ceiling Trims Timber skirtings Timber architraves Some questions you might have: Note regarding plasterboard. GIB provided by owner. --> They are GiB fyerline (or equivalent), with 13mm on walls and 16mm under stairs. - Can you provide me with the date the design will be finalized? They are finished, waiting for the designer to send us the final drawings. He has got everything ready to submit the consent. - Are there any RBWs (Restricted building works) to be undertaken? Based on what I have been able to find/ask, since there are no alterations to the building and it is not residential (among other things), there is no RBW. - Can you provide the tasks required? We propose you to furnish all materials and necessary equipment, (forklift, boom lift, scissor lift) and perform all labor necessary to complete: Wall Framing Mezzanine Floor Framing Insulation Ceiling battens Internal Linings Trims Internal Doors and accessories needed Flooring (potentially - ceramic tiles and vinyl tiles provided by HELADO) Finishing (paint ceiling potentially) The information for these tasks can be found in the detailed drawings attached For your reference: ------------------------ -Pages 1 - 7 General Information of the site -Pages 8 - 9 Framing plan -Pages 10 - 11 Finishing plan -Page 26 Internal doors needed -Pages 27 - 28 Elevation -Pages 29 Stairs I will, as soon as confirmed, complete the stakeholders list and work from there to organize a proper time frame for each tradie and each approval needed. - Can you confirm what your target completion date is? Based on the latest update from the landlord, the handover date is looking like happening towards the end of August. I’d say your job would be one of the first ones, so it should - again, based on the landlord's latest update, start at the end of August, and finish within 2/3 weeks from start to allow time for the rest of the fit out work to be completed.
