Builder Contractor for Commercial Salon Fit Out

We are opening a Massage Spa and will be leasing an empty commercial space in 3 Vernon Drive. We need the following installed: 1. Soundproof walll to separate reception area and massage area. 2. Soundproof noiseline for therapist room with Washing and Dryer space to be installed. 3. Shower tray needed to installed. 4. Ceiling to be installed with heatpump or hvac for the whole 117sqm area. 5. Vinyl/ Carpet installation We need someone who can also apply building consent on our behalf and work with the landlord and oversee the project end to end.
