I am requiring a 6 bay pole barn to be erected on residential land in Tai Tapu. The applicant will need to organise concrete for the piles and excavate the holes, this should be included in the quote. The applicant will need to lease with council. Council has consented the job, engineering plans are available and all materials will be on site when the job begins. Immediate start would be preferable.
