Solid Beech Timber Flooring Install

We need solid Beech timber flooring installed in our new build. Approx 40sqm to lay in entry, kitchen, pantry, laundry. Floor slab was laid in April and roof on in May (slow build!) so slab should be well dry by now. To be glued directly to slab (may require small amount of floor leveling-can tell you where water pooled when we were keeping the slab wet while it dried) 19mm thick by 128mm cover. Then sanded and oiled. Can email floor plan to you after we have had a chat. (Had someone lined up but it fell through at last minute) Painters are finishing 8.10.14 Cheers.
