Prep / finishing work for laminate install

I'm having some laminate flooring installed in my home photography studio towards the end of January, and need some help with removing the skirting boards prior to installation, and then refixing them afterward. I also have a large built-in wardrobe in the room which I would like moved and refixed to the wall before the flooring install (this can be seen best in the last photo (older photo) I also have a couple of other small projects I'd like someone to quote for :)
