Remove ground to floor cupboard + Wall

We have just had a gas hot water system installed. The old water hot water system was in a cupboard (floor to ceiling) that also held crockery and manchester. The cupboard is located between the kitchen + living area. We want to remove the cupboard to open up the living area. Will also include floor work, ceiling work and removal of part of a wall + existing doorway. (100+ year old house, wooden floorboards and no access under the house).
