Retaining wall

Construct retaining wall to prevent house falling in to river! Our house is on the banks of the Irwell river (runs dry at times) and has resource consent to be within the setback limit, but the bank is moving and I need a retaining wall approximately 2 M+ high by anywhere from 15 to 40 M long, any type of construction. Will probably need engineering, and consents. This may also expand to include bridge retaining and further walls for new garage etc.
