Fixing wood rot

Small job fixing some areas of rot on 2 windows. One window needs both the scribing replaced. Another needs a small area of rot cut out and replaced probably with a new block of wood. A 3rd window is much worse and you'd need to have a closer look at it before deciding if it is fixable or needs a complete replacement. I have EQR coming in mid June so the idea was to get these fixed and slap on an undercoat. They will be repainting the house at some stage ... mid winter ... yeah right! We don't really have a budget as such, we just need to get the work done. It'll cost what it costs.
