Labour only builder

Hi Looking for a new builder for 2-3 homes per year which will increase next year, I have been in the industry for 25 years so know the market and rates well which we all know is softening. I have been building quality homes for the past 8 years but due to por communication now look for a new contractor. You must be an excellent communicator formost. I am very well organised but also forget the odd thing so you will also keep me on my toes and work as a team Looking for fair rates - labour only, square metre rates based on TC1 Not sure why but when I advertise on here no one seem to read correctly and no pricing comes through and I get a companies blog. I would like your square metre rate based on a 2,4 stud 240m2 home. You will be required to prep the floor.
