Labour only builder - ongoing

LBP registered builder required for ongoing building of 2-3 spec homes per year. The person we are looking for will have excellent communication skills and one who has a team that takes pride in the quality of workmanship aligning with the quality homes we deliver to our clients. If interested please advise your square metre rate based on floor area and a 2.4 stud. Most of our homes feature raised ceilings but would like to compare apples with apples in the initial stage and then discuss additional costings from there. Payments to you will be within 5 working days after your stage completion. Next home is due to start April so if replying you will be to be able to commerce then. The home is 240M2. Thanks
