House Relocate/ House Build

We are looking into relocating a property form Christchurch to Darfield. It is approximately 224sqm and were looking for quotes to have this bought up to .9kpa snow (not sure what it is currently) as well as wind region A, and the laying of concrete foundations. there will be other small things that will be required but unsure as to what these will be until after the shift has been made. The other option we would be looking at would be the assembly of a kitset home of approximately 228sqm in Darfield and working on an approximate cost of this.
