Army Bay Interior Upgrade

We urgently need a qualified builder for several interior jobs in this older home upgrade prior to new flooring being installed in several areas on 2 March. 1 Remove wardrobe and clothing storage fittings from a small room which is to become a kitchenette. 2 Create a new double wardrobe with sliding doors in good sized bedroom. Where possible, install the fittings removed from the small dressing room. 3 Remove skirting boards in laundry area in preparation for new flooring. The guesstimate of pricing below is for the above jobs only. There are several other jobs to follow the installation of new flooring, which I will advertise separately with photographs. They include installation and fitting of two new internal doors, building or acquiring for us an internal stair balustrade, building of a small porch deck and installation of a new kitchenette bench unit.
