SCOPE OF WORK - Removal of Non-compliant Works The following represents the sequence and scope of work for removal and make good of non-compliant works at the address shown above. Note: All works shall be conducted to minimise disruption to the tenant and support continued use of the bedroom for the purpose intended without detriment to the health and safety of the tenant in support of which drop sheets shall be deployed prior to any demolition or make good and all openings shall be closed with the space cleaned and tidied with tools, unused materials and temporary coverings removed prior to close of each work day. Works shall be completed and prepared to allow the owner to repaint both garage and bedroom. Scope of Work: • Frame up and construct and make good - including supply and install ceiling cornice to match existing to outside and skirting board to both outside and inside of new full height wardrobe - as indicated under Additional Works plan • Remove and re-using existing wardrobe door and frame set to complete new wardrobe. • Relocate existing wardrobe furniture (rails, racks etc.) to new wardrobe • Remove and dispose WC cavity sliding door and frame • Frame up, plasterboard and make good wardrobe and WC openings to bedroom side • Supply and install new skirting board as original • Remove and dispose existing garage side wardrobe and WC partitions • Remove, terminate and dispose WC sink unit, toilet and associated hardware ensuring water supply and drainage remain available to laundry area • Disconnect, terminate/remove and make safe all electrical fittings and supplies • Frame up, plasterboard and make good openings to garage side • Supply and install ceiling cornice and skirting board to match existing to garage side • Supply and install terminal vent pipes to above gutter height to two existing septic outlets IAW current NZBC • Permanently fix existing laundry tub to garage wall and floor
