Few small jobs - 146 Champion St
Job description
Looking for a builder to do the following at 146 Champion St, Cannons Creek: -build new wall approx 700 x 2400 to cover in opening between kitchen and room to create another bedroom. New scotia and skirting to match existing. Leave it ready for plaster and paint -Find and repair roof leak around fireplace, I think it’s probably leaking somewhere around chimney flashing -Regib 2 small areas where they are water damaged from leak as per photos. Less than 1m2 each. Leave them ready for plaster and paint -Replace 3x damaged internal doors with new ones and fit new cheap door handles ($10 round ones from Bunnings etc). This is for 2x bedroom doors downstairs and 1x wardrobe door with crack and flaking paint. -Replace toilet seat with cheap new seat -Replace bathroom vanity with new 750w white vanity There is a lockbox on-site and ready to go asap
