Repair for Flashings Under High Eves
Job description
In a corner of our house, which is exposed to wind and rain, the flashing between the wall and soffit has lifted. We are looking to have this repaired to ensure water tightness. The area is under the eves of a fairly high second story with slim standing area - so its likely fall protection will be required. Also there are similar smaller gaps around a few other places on the same level - so we are also looking to assess these and repair as needed depending on severity and ease of access. This job would suit a contractor with a flexible and effective fall protection method, as this could be a significant portion of the work. Access to the section is easy for any equipment.

Repair of the beading around the house was thorough, tidy and done to a high standard; including in places where access was difficult. Recommended.
