Granny Flat Needed
Job description
We want someone experienced to help guide us through the required steps and to help us build a small flat (between 30-45 m2) on our section for a family member. We had originally intended to put a tiny home (approx 11m long by 3.6m deep) on the section, but that may not be possible due to them only being built in Auckland and delivered fully fabricated. We would like to have this project underway, if not completed, by the end of the year if at all possible. - Need advice on possible options after viewing our site (we don't believe there is any need to subdivide or use earthworks, as we have a large, flat section) - Need a local drafts-person to help us with building code compliance and consent process - Need advice on affordable sub-contractors - Need builder, electrician, plumber, etc. - Would like advice on possible landscape options - We are willing to do as much of the work ourselves as advisable to save money where we can - Anything else that we haven't yet thought of...

Rolls Construction provided us with a timely fixed price quote and built us an amazing 50m2 1bedroom, 1bath house complete with kitchen, lounge w/heat pump & laundry and 2x 1,000L water storage tanks.
