Front door replacement with hinge side swap

We have a new front door being delivered that we need installed. We will be painting the door prior to installation. We would also like the door hinge side changed to the other side. Door photo shows the current door and hinge side that needs to swap. We would like someone who could also give us an idea on removing a section internal wall around our laundry so we can open it up.
