Job description
1. design and build a deck for upholding two sleep-out units, and a gazebo 2. sleep out interior bathroom fit-out, plumbing, and electrical wiring 3. Design plumbing and electrical wiring inside the gazebo 4. building consent support the attached photo shows the initial idea of the layout, the domes and the gazebo are pre-fab geodesic products, so no design/building works are associated with these structures, but the works listed above. I want to engage a certified builder/designer to design the layout plan and plumbing and assist with the building consent first.

My first time hiring an architect, felt I was in very safe hands with Alex throughout the experience, he is professional, patient, responsive, practical and more importantly for me, he cares to help me achieve my goals unlike some services just wanting to get the job done and get paid. It's been a good journey working with Alex on this design/BC project, certainly recommend for other potential customers.
