Closing up an open fireplace

I have an ex-state house with an open fireplace that needs to be blocked off to stop draughts. Would be looking for perhaps some insulation put into the lower part of the flue/chimney to stop heat loss and then covering installed to stop the draughts. This is a rental property, so access is organised by the property manager, not myself.

There was miscommunication between us where I asked for a quote and instead the job was done, but it was done really well, the tenants were very happy, and the site was cleaned up well too. Even with the misunderstanding, I would definitely use Retro Construction again.
