Cat Door Installation Through 20cm Concrete Wall

We have purchased a cat door along with plastic tunnel extenders that we would like to be installed in our Garage wall, which is made of concrete and 19.5cm deep (see pictures). The cat door itself has a 7cm tunnel, then we have purchased 3 tunnel extenders which are each 5cm - so one of them will need to be cut to length so it fits flush.
