REPLACING OLD DECK WITH NEW DECK

Current deck of 30 plus years has signs of rot and needs to be replaced. I am wanting a quote to replace deck as it currently is with new materials. The current handrail is shorter than today's requirements so will have to be slightly taller to comply with current regulations. I am wanting a quote from a registered builder. The existing deck is approximately 4 metres in depth by approx 7 metres in length. These are approximate measurements only.
