Job description
Flooring above cinderpile and concrete 400mm diameter round piles. Piles have sunk approx 25mm. Seem stable at that. Require floor and subframe relevelling, part house foundation only. Underfloor working height between 1200 mm and 1600mm. Already have jack, floor props, and 10x2 douglas fir beams waiting. Part outside wall is brick siding attached to timber framing. Probably needs chippie as main trade, but also concrete contractor, bricklayer and plumber to complete. Am preparing photos to add to this job later.

Excellent knowledge of building code. Tony very quickly grasped the scale of what was required, and accurately predicted how long the job would take. His team were efficient, and quality of workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with the end result. The cost was kept to the minimum. I am more than happy, gladly would recommend Tony and his team to anyone else, and will offer his team any future work first.
