As per the pictures there is a small piece of wooden insert that appears to be rotten and needs to be replaced. Doesn’t appear to be structural. No painting required (but can be done by trade provider if wish) Property is in Takapuna

Very pleased with the outcome on this as I had a few quotes for crazy amounts to do what was a relatively small bit of work (including quotes well over $1k from others on here who didnt even come to scope the work). Good comms throughout and Surinder took the extra effort to ensure that the wood he sourced would not only do the job but also look good once finished. Highly recommended.
