Carport refurbishment and deck repairs

In preparation for getting our house exterior painted, we need to repair/replace a few things on our deck, and also refurbish our carport. Jobs as follows: 1. There are a couple of the wooden poles on our deck balustrade that need replacing due to rotting (refer pic 1). 2. We would like to replace the old fashioned red iron balustrade on our concrete steps, with the same style wooden balustrade on our deck (refer pic 2). 3. The horizontal supporting wood beams under our deck need replacing due to rotting. These beams hold in a significant amount of dirt and river stones (refer pic 3). Note that we are open to ideas on how to make better use of this space or make it look tidier - happy for the stones to be removed. 4. CARPORT: a) We would like to lengthen the roof of our carport so that it is flush with the end of our deck ie - extend the roof by approx 1 metre (refer pics 4 & 5). b) We would like to replace the roof of the carport as it's rusted, and also replace the gutter as it's broken (refer pic 6). c) We would like to add some kind of wooden storage unit/shed at the end of the carport (refer pic 7) which is just an EXAMPLE idea (ignore the A-frame roof as ours is flat). We are open to design storage ideas but must be able to get bikes in/out easily). At a rough guess, the dimensions of this storage unit/shed might be something like 2.6 metres across x 1 metre deep x 2 metres high.

Geoff and his team have done a great job - we are very happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for other projects.
