Build an ensuite (part of a major update)

Our new house has a room with a kitchenette in it and was used previously as an independent unit. We would like to remove the kitchenette and in its place put in a wardrobe and an ensuite with a basic shower, toilet and a vanity. Would need someone who can do all the necessary council paperwork and drawing up plans if necessary. We are doing a major renovation to this house and this project is one of our top priority. If you have the capacity please also look at the other projects we have in mind.
