Fit skirtings and architraves to newly renovated 3 bdrm house

We have a three bedroom house which has been completely renovated inside. All new walls and doors, windows etc. basically a new house. We need a builder to fit all skirting and architraves. There are 11 windows, 2 large bi-fold external doors, 5 internal doors, 4 double wardrobes and 2 cupboards. All require achitraves. Plus the skirtings. We are using the same 60mm bull-nosed finger jointed pine for both architrave and skirting. The architrave/skirting will be pre-painted prior to being fitted as the walls are already painted. (We had to move in early due to the impending arrival of our baby). We will then fill the nail holes in the skirting and architrave and paint/touch up as required. The skirting/architrave is supplied by us. One additional point; I need this job done on a fixed-price quote basis. I need to know for sure how much it will cost beforehand. so I'm sorry but I can't have it done simply on an hourly rate. Please feel free to e-mail for more details and/or ring for a site visit.
