House Extension

We are looking at buying a 2 Bed x State home. It is in need of a make over. We are looking to extend the property between 45-50sq m. It will involve New Kitchen / dining area one aditional bed room with en suite and a new bathrooms. Initially we simply will need the building work completed as we will need to fund the other work as funds become available. We have an architect on board but as we have not yet purchased this property we havent had acurate drawings done. Initially I need a quote for getting the build up and weather tight.
