We have bought an old 1970s house. we need to remove the carpets, taking floor nails out. Remove kitchen and bathroom. Move a couple of walls (timber stud), create a couple of door opennings. I have decorators, floor sander ready to go. Start work 18th August. As I have the flooring contractor ready to start later that week. Happy to do day rates.

Andy remodelled our bathroom and installed a new one. He did a great job and organised all the other trades. Quality work and we highly recommend him.
