Conversion of existing 2-car garage to 2 bedroom with a small shower room. Includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. No toliet is required. Drawings and specs are available. I have a limited budget from 20 to 25k (max) only. Thanks

Thanks to Commres Contractors!!! Had some minor issues during construction and some delays which are pretty normal but overall I am satisfied with the result of the job. Communication was exceptional. Definitely would recommend. Good luck to your future projects!
