I'm looking at buying a house where someone has enlarged the under-house garage in an unsafe way. It requires about 18m of 1m high retaining wall to stop the dirt bank slipping down (the house foundations are at the top of this bank), and six new supports for the house to be placed on top of this wall along with diagonal bracing. It'll mean working under the house where there is standing room (2m I think) and around the current but insufficient concrete pad and supports that have been put in there.
