Granny Flat

Conversion of a double garage into a granny flat with bathroom, 1 bedroom and small kitchenette. I will purchase the all the fittings so it is installation of fittings, electricity (already has lights but would like spotlights installed), floors and plumbing only. Also the garage has walls but needs Jip (I think that is what is is called )and a ceiling inserted. Bathroom fitting will be a shower, Toilet and hand basin. Kitchen will only be a sink with cupboard under, I really only need walls and floors in the kitchen then taps installed.. 2 sliders are required to replace the current doors but 1 slider in the bedroom can be a large window. There are already windows on the garage so no other windows will be required. It the wall height of the garage is approximately 3 meters high and take about 1.5 cars in length each side. Then I would like the house upstairs re carpeted and painted the total floor area is 160m2 and the outer building repainted once the granny is completed.
