House repairs - replace damaged weatherboards
Job description
We require a builder to carry repairs to cladding on our Late 80's 2 story Cedar weatherboard home. the 2nd floor has 3 gabled dormers, these are north east facing, and have been exposed to prevailing weather with little to no maintenance. A number of weatherboards need to be replaced on the dormers as they have cracked/split. we have had drainage installed on the driveway and a section baseboard along this side of the house was broken and subsequently removed. Some remediation work along with fitting new baseboards is required.

Luke and his apprentice carried out the repairs. Luke ensured that everything was completed to a high standard, and took a lot of pride in his work. The job took longer than the quoted time due to requiring the fascia boards replaced, some scope creep and weather delays. At the completion of the job, Nathan proactively followed up to confirm that I was happy with the work.
