Our internal garage attached to 2 bedroom flat needs renovating. It has been converted into a semi bedroom / garage space with a partition wall and door. Needs ripping out and restored to a single large workspace. Will need plastering work, electrical work for lighting and carpeting / laminate flooring installation. The newish garage roller door will remain.
