Deck Remediation

Hi Team, I'm currently living in Australia and we are looking to remediate our rental house deck which is approx 30m2 for a Certificate of Acceptance. We have an engineer's report which outlines what needs to be done and I can email out that report to understand the scope of the work required. At a high level there was some repair work done to the deck 18 months ago but some items need to be addressed that don't meet compliance. (1) A number of timber joists will need to be replaced due to splitting and rotting unsure of the number as these will need to be inspected. (2) All fixings on the deck will need to be replaced with stainless steel. e.g. Bolts, washers, nails, Screw, Joist hangers etc. (3) Noggings will need to be added to deck framing to meet --- design limits (4) New 100 x 100 posts will need to be installed between the existing balustrade posts (5) Stair and landing remediation work Happy to send the report details to whomever might be interested in the job and to quote.
