Hi There, We are looking for a quote to provide expertise on the current deck and advise on what to do with it. We need a quote by Thursday at the latest so apologies. The work can be carried out when possible. The following issues have been raised: No slope so water is ponding and doesn't meet current building code Fibre cement sheet over timber Bearers poorly fixed and blocked, recommend this is assessed by an LBP for remediation Moisture damage
