Remove fibre cement sheet decking and fix reported issues

Hi There, We are looking for a quote to resolve the issues raised in a building report. No slope so water is ponding and doesn't meet current building code Fibre cement sheet over timber (may contain asbestos) Bearers poorly fixed and blocked, recommend this is assessed by an LBP for remediation Moisture damage Please provide a quote for this work preferably removing the fibre cement sheet too.
