Damian was great to deal with and very responsive, he made sure the job was done to a high standard including replacing the kitchenette bench due to a cut in the laminate, getting the painter to re-do some areas, and had his team complete the work agreed. It did take longer than the original expectation (3 weeks) but given the small nature of the job and my availability (to be home when they wanted to be here) their flexibility was appreciated.
