Garage Moved and office build in freed space

I have a metal framed garage on a concrete pad, I want it moved 4m forward and and office/room build on the space freed up (About a 10 -12m2 room). The interior of the office should be a full double glaze doors and window on the front. A skylight for extra light. Wooden floor and gibbed and plastered walls with lighting. Open to cabinetry/integrated desk ideas also if budget allows. As well as this, I'm looking for decking steps out of the office and a new decking design built around the fenced area of the back garden. The existing decking removed and the garden landscaped to accomodate grass where existing decking is. The landscaping might not fall under the remit of this job and we are open to new decking designs.
