We are looking to purchase a 190m2 2 story house built 1989. The building report identifies cedar weatherboard that is in need of re staining or painting. Cupping is apparent on some boards and some may need replacing. We are not sure what the potential cost of this would be. so some quick rough order costs for this work would be appreciated so we know what we would be in for if purchasing the house.
