Water seeping in under roller door - Concrete work required?

I have a roller door in my shed. When it rains water seeps in under the door. There is a rubber seal on the bottom edge of the door but the water still seeps in possibly because of the slope of the concrete floor. I will need to you make an appointment to visit our shed, then to come back to me with what needs to be done to stop the water seeping in, and to provide a quote please.
