Stair well wall, longe wall and cavity slider

I have a semi open , internal, stair well and would like the open part to be walled in , the old railing removed and a new hand rail attached. I also have a wall that has a textured surface I want removed, a cavity slider installed and the entire wall, approx 8 metres, to be replaced with new gib and plastered to paint finish.
