Extra bedroom

I would like an extra room added on,approximately 33 square metres, with small wet bathroom, toilet, small vanity. Four double powerpoints, phone extension, ranch slider, sliding double glazed and tinted window Current bathroom would need to be moved over to extend hallway for entry, removing bath and using current fittings to create another wet bathroom. Toilet will need to be moved over and a new toilet installed. Laundry made smaller to accommodate moves, laundry tub location changed, new laundry tub installed, powerpoint moved. Stormwater drain is under area of proposed extension and may need to be moved.
