Plasterboard in Bedroom Ceiling & Walls

Hi, We are looking to renovate two bedrooms as follows: Small bedroom - replace gib on the walls & add lightweight gib to existing ceiling plasterboard. Large bedroom - add lightweight plasterboard to existing ceiling boards We will strip the fixed furniture & gib from the small room and have it ready to go for the new plasterboard. Have attached photo's of the two rooms and can provide more information if required.
